Over the next two weeks you’ll learn exercises that build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture. We’ll teach you how to plug your limbs into your body’s powerhouse—the core.
Use your increased mind/body connection to help you reach higher without strain or risk of injury in all of your workouts. These workouts all under 30 minutes, and are designed to challenge you without draining you. Add them to your workout routine or make them your go-to workout for the next two weeks.
We’ve suggested a timeline and order for you to follow, but we get that you know your body best. Follow along with our recommendations or go at your own pace. Either way, these workouts are yours to keep.
