DAY 5: 30 Minute Mini Session, Head To Toe

Welcome to day five! Give yourself a little love for making it this far—you’re almost halfway through the challenge!

We’ll be going deeper in this 30 minute session with Ian. You’ll nourish your body head to toe all while giving your core a serious workout.

One of the joys in working through a challenge is to feel your body start to transform. When you come to exercises we’ve already done in the challenge, notice how you feel—are you already feeling stronger? Or are you working through fatigue? BOTH can be signs of progress.
