We’ve been building strength in the core, stretching the whole body, and deepening your awareness through our practice.

Today we’re putting that all together in this short but spicy reformer sequence on the Mat. If you LOVE working out in the studio but don’t have a reformer at home this routine is a must have.

Never been on a studio reformer before? No problem! You’ll be able to easily follow along and get a good burn going in your legs, hips & core.
