DAY 12: Foam Rolling Recovery Massage

Everybody performs better with a little TLC. As you head into the end of the challenge, reward yourself with this juicy recovery massage on the foam roller.

Don’t have a foam roller handy? No worries! Roll up a towel or blanket to your preferred thickness. Rather than rolling during the exercises, simply place your body weight on the towel and sink in for some deeply restorative myofascial release.
