While most workout plans that direct your schedule, this one is designed for you to go at your own pace. Start with the first workout and see how you feel? Easy breezy? No back pain? Move on to workout two.
Feeling challenged? Repeat workout one every 2-3 days until it feels easeful and gently strengthening (no pain, no strain). Then move on the the next workout.
Each of these workouts was also selected as a powerful daily practice. One you’ve moved through the whole series, repeat your favorite workouts again and again to stay feeling limber and pain free.
